As you step into Firebird you’ll be transported into a modern, intimate yet lively Mediterranean oasis with chic, minimalistic interiors. The 46-cover space has an array of restaurant, bar, kitchen counter and high table seating suited for special occasion bookings and walk-ins alike, as it aims to recreate memories of afternoons spent in courtyards on the continent.

With the esteemed and talented Head Chef Benjamin Munslow at the helm, the produce-led menu is all prepared over an open-fire, with the flames at the centre of flavour to every dish.
